1. Definition & Overview

Technical description of the layer
The Spiritual Layer in the DODEC model is the apex stratum that interfaces directly with the Divine or with opposing spiritual powers. It is the non‑material plane of volition, worship, covenant, and authority. Signals originating here define the priority vector for every lower layer: Genetic (G), Epigenetic (E), and Extractive‑Transformative Systems (ETS). Operations are executed through faith, agreement, declaration, and obedience. Metrics are alignment (J = 1) or misalignment (J = 0/–1), evaluated by Spiritual Gravity (SG = J·m₁·m₂/d²).

Purpose and role within DODEC

• Establishes ultimate reference (Christ or idols) that calibrates consequence chains.
• Authorises or nullifies legal claims over lower layers (blessing vs. curse).
• Hosts spiritual warfare which can sever or reinforce –CC propagation.
